Discover meaningful meal preparation

Instead of the saying "You are what you eat", in Ayurvedic practice we say "You are what you digest".

I offer cooking classes in my kitchen or yours, or can prepare dishes especially for you.

Group classes: $45 per person. Classes run approximately 3 hours and cost includes food. Maximum 8 students per class, pre-registration required.

1. You need to eat food that digests very well,which in turn gives your body the biggest nutritional benefit. 
2. You need to eat foods that create energy and happiness.
3. While it is important to eat food that is very nutritious, these meals are suprisingly inexpensive to prepare, and aren’t overly time-consuming.
