Essential oils are known for their therapeutic properties and are used in a variety of ways, including aromatherapy, massage, and topical application. They can also be used to help you sleep, or reduce stress, or improve your skin or digestion- their benefits go far beyond a pleasant smell!

Kundalini yoga

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga and spiritual practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras to awaken the energy known as Kundalini.

Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that links movement with breath. The word vinyasa comes from the Sanskrit word nyasa, meaning ‘to place,’ and vi, meaning ‘in a special way.’
